30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your home setup. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning large furniture items (Sofas, Dining Tables). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
